Every single game at the Etihad is a 54,000+ sell-out, hence why the club are extending the stadium to 62,000.
The club are also planning to expand both side stands over the next few years, which will make the Etihad the biggest club stadium in the UK with a capacity of 84,000.
I get why Barca and Madrid are expanding. But not sure why city are. Ive been there so many times and they fill like just 70%.
It will look impressive in the Championship next season.
