      Thank you Carlos! How do you like the mats? We’ve been really happy with ours. We are so happy to hear that. That’s why we do it. It’s our hope that through sharing our trips and experiences as a family with others they can find joy in the outdoors and get some balance back in their lives. Thank you for watching.

    Great video, currently own a titan xd with a Cummins and love it but expecting another child so was thinking of switching to an NV it checks all the boxes and will tow our 32 foot camper. I am interested in the 4x4 conversion. How much do they topically go for with the 4x4 conversion. Any information would be helpful thanks again and great videos.

      Thank you! The Titan XD is a nice rig. I wish they would’ve been able to put the Cummins in the vans. The V8 has lots of power though. Our first NV was 2WD and was an amazing van but the 4x4 conversion makes these beasts in a whole other category. We love ours! Before the shortage of NVs and the announcement of the production cancellation they were going new for around $80k. You could occasionally find a used one for around $60k. If you can find an NV you like you can always send it off for the conversion and that’s about $15-20k depending on options. We haven’t priced it out in a while but that was what we were seeing when we were researching it. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

    What roof rack, and front head lights are you running?

    • @legacyoutdoorsfamilyadvent9127
      @legacyoutdoorsfamilyadvent9127  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The roof rack is made by Aluminess and has some custom work done to it. The headlights are OEM with a vinyl overlay by Premium Auto Styling. Thanks for watching!

      @@yaeger06 thank you! We had a Smittybilt Defender on our first NV. It wasn’t a direct bolt on but was pretty easy to get it to work with some flat stock mounted to the OEM mounts and then bolted the rack mounts to it.

      @@legacyoutdoorsfamilyadvent9127 I hear frontrunner is working on a rack for the NV so I'm looking forward to seeing what they come out with.

    Dude that NV is sweet. I have a 2015 sprinter that I’ve driven for 6 years as a work vehicle and love it but dang.. never would have thought those NV’s could look that good. I have a wife and 4 girls and want something that’s more practical than a pickup and this about checks off all the boxes.

    • @legacyoutdoorsfamilyadvent9127
      @legacyoutdoorsfamilyadvent9127  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! It definitely checks a lot of boxes. It can haul the family and pull over 9k. Not to mention you can remove all the seats and use it like a cargo van when needed. We’ve been really happy with both of the ones we’ve owned. We especially love this one with the 4x4 conversion.

    Is this the RC 6" lift w/35's?

    • @legacyoutdoorsfamilyadvent9127
      @legacyoutdoorsfamilyadvent9127  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. Leaves plenty of room for bigger tires if you want. With some minor trimming up front I’m confident 37” tires would fit.

      Hi Nick. We haven’t done any fuel/mileage calculations since we added the bumpers, but when we are all loaded up it gets 8 big smiles per gallon. 😜 Honestly it’s not as bad as you would think but it’s definitely not a Prius. Haha.

    For those that may not know how including me, how did you black- out your chrome and badges ? I blacked out my chrome with vinyl but couldn't figure out the badges besides plasti dip. Thank you again

    • @legacyoutdoorsfamilyadvent9127
      @legacyoutdoorsfamilyadvent9127  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The chrome front grill was swapped out with the non-chrome one. The emblem and caps on the mirrors are all painted black and the bumpers were vinyl wrapped. We plan on plasti dipping the rear emblems in the near future to match everything else. Plasti dipping is what I recommend on getting rid of chrome or changing colors. Lots of color options and able to reapply or fix mistakes easily.
