havoc form dps scale with cast speed you should try it out going from the base cast speed to 125% with some trinkets you can triple ur dps it quit insane

Oh yea havoc form is very powerful! I made this build to constantly spam mods and havoc form just for emergency. So all rings favor mod damage and regeneration

use gold ribbon instead, 5% more mod damage and haste as bonus :)
