I have our run and gun kit with me at all times so I hooked up a GH5, 20mm 1.7, and a NTG4+ to the zoom call. Not to mention I pay attention to lighting, and people ask why it looks so good. Extremely distracting and I can't figure out why I'm getting an echo at all. My students are also using headphones or earbuds. Any ideas how to fix it?

I've been recording my meetings on the zoom cloud. I don't have a camera, I just share my screen, the active ppt presentation window (my desktop monitor works perfectly fine) but in the recording, it's flickering big time all along the top margin. I did a test with "screen sharing --> advanced --> share a portion of the screen" and it's even more noticeable because the flickering happens in the entire upper margin and the demarcation on top is thicker than the rest of the adjustable margins (sides & bottom). Any idea how to fix this, please please? Also, I have a rode mic and although the input volume is set to max it's still low. I have my mic close to me and I'm speaking loud enough.
@@DeityMicrophones thank you so much for your quick answer. I don't think that would be the case, I've seen people recording their zoom meetings on older computers without the flickering. My pc features a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 graphics card with 2GB of DDR3 VRAM. I was suspecting of an error in compressing the video, maybe something to adjust in the zoom settings that I haven't found? There's always a chance for audio bleed but if you set up your monitors so they emit sound directly into the back of your mic, and you use a very directional mic, this should minimize the chances of that.
