Don't worry it happens to the best of us sometimes try to get a used hub. It's not advisable but I have once used a grinder to cut in to a bolt hole and cut through the stuck bolt. And then managed to get it out and reuse the hole. But need to be carefull not to damage too much tread and also it will reduce integrity so the new bold might not hold as well.
A quick swipe of organo-molybdenum degreaser (Rost Off Plus) and then a little heating will do the trick. Or weld on an old wheel bolt like I do, and then use an impact wrench.

Personally, I weld an old wheel bolt to it, and then use an impact wrench.
It works with anti-theft nuts too.
It doesn't take me more than 5 minutes.
