- This delicious keto waffle substitute that has near-zero carbs! It only takes about 4 minutes from start to finish. Surprisingly, it tastes equally good as a savory or sweet keto dish.
This simple chaffle (cheese waffle) is similar to a real waffle but uses no flour. You can vary the amount of egg and cheese for fluffier or crisper versions.

I like the simplicity of this Chaffle, especially for a Bun substitute. I saved your video to my personal Playlist of "Favorite Recipes Found On TH-cam". Thanks for a great Chaffles option and presentation.
You're so welcome! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Thank you soooo much for this! I have searched a lot of Chuffle recipes and this has to be my all time favourite! I am cutting back on Dairy and this fits the bill perfectly! I found leaving them in for just a bit longer makes them ever so crunchy, no other words for it but yum, yum, yum!
Wonderful! I love a good, crispy chaffle. How has it been going with cutting back on dairy?
*Can't wait to whip up a batch of these for breakfast and top them with my favorite keto-friendly toppings.*
You'll love them!
Thank you for this. You improved my chaffle sandwiches 10 fold for ease of making them. I followed your method and I got a perfect bun. No more mixing the egg and cheese anymore! I use egg beaters egg substitute and fat free cheddar cheese and it works perfectly.
I am super happy how my buns came out especially for a burger as the cheese on the outside really stands up to condiments
Thanx
Yay! You're welcome. So glad this helped...I still love a good chaffle bun after all these years :)
Well done!
Thank you!
They make a ceramic non stick and ceramic air fryer . Just ordered them 😊
Nice! Please let me know how you like them.
looks tasty!
So declicious! And great as a bun. Let me know if you try it!
i find that they get crispier when placed on a rack after cooking to get rid of steam on both sides.
Excellent tip!
I meant to say my husband pinched one and put a light drizzle of Sweet Chilly sauce on the Chaffle , then sprinkled Tasty cheese over the top.....it made the perfect crispy spicy Italian Pizza.
Sounds great!
Thank you!
It isn't corn starch it is natamycon. Read the ingredients.
Respectfully, I've read plenty of cheese labels in my time and while natamycin is sometimes used as a mold inhibitor, corn starch is also used in some shredded cheese as an anti caking ingredient. Kraft is an example of a company that uses corn starch for anyone who may be wondering: www.kroger.com/p/kraft-sharp-cheddar-shredded-cheese/0002100005535?searchType=default_search
You talk too much .🤦♀️
