Hongkong is the place to be when it comes to foods and shopping! We stayed at Intercon Grand stanford hotel at TST, their buffet at Cafe on M is excellent too!!! Yummy

Best buffet in asia is in Spiral, here in the PH. I will vouch for that. Mikey Chen and Mark Wiens even say so themselves on their vlogs. It's in the best in asia, even the world as well. 👍💯😋

I’ve tried the buffet at The Market which is above average. However, I still think that the buffet at The Harbourside in the Intercontinental is better overall (quality, taste, & variety).
If you happen to return to philippines, try the spiral.

I want to have the truffle soup more than anything from that buffet. I have yet to ever try truffle. I wonder if it’s as good as people hype it to be.

The model is extremely Chinese-looking and no surprise she gets more work in Chinese countries. Doesn't look Korean at all.

Glad you guys had a better experience then we did. We were there in June of this year, all we can say is big Disappointment ! We went in at 6:30 pm right at opening. even the Steam Soup was warm, and not hot especially coming out of the steam oven.The Tandoori Chicken was cold, the Naan was cold and weapon grade hard. When ordered Lemon Tea, we waited 15 mins & it did not arrive. We then saw someone bring up the lemons. Wow your a 5 Star hotel and your not ready for service. Had better Buffets at other Hotels the quality of food & service was definitely much better. Careful with buying into the hype.
You guys should mention the price also.

The Market Buffet is hardly the best in HK. It is however, one of the most *expensive* buffets in HK.

I think the YAMM at the Mira is similar to The Market but better selection on the Asian front. Verandah has gone downhill a bit but I'll still take it over The Buffet. Depending on which night, Habourside offers a vastly superior view and quality meats. Even Cafe 103 is a better value shockingly with the view, drink selection, and overall variety.
