Maybe that is a subcategory of quality, but I think it might be helpful; to give an idea of how long the food is sitting there or replenished. Also, I am a bit like you, where I like to separate the hot and cold foods on the plate 😂

The beef, definitely medium rare, just like you ate. Some people like it super cooked. That's a shame and a total disrespect to the beef gods! I don't know how you could stop at only two servings of sashimi 😋The person who serves the sashimi would have become a close friend of mine.

i still don't know how they do it with lobster and large variety of seafood and expensive items under 100 euro/us dollar 😅 there's nooo way they'll have "all you can eat" lobster and such for that price in belgium hell i don't think it even exist 🤣
