I love your food crawls but I just want to clarify a few things: 牛丸 is called a Beef ball and not really a "meatball" (unless you want to generalize) because the other balls don't necessarily have to be made out of meat (fish balls, pork balls, lobster balls) I'm not sure if the first dish was a rutabaga because traditionally daikon is used For the dessert part, it's not grass jelly with coconut milk. She's having herbal jelly which is turtle essence jelly and that's different from grass jelly
When I watched it, I was like: "I'm pretty sure they use daikon for the 牛杂". Plus, I don't speak Cantonese, but I'm pretty sure the girl said "龟苓膏", so it's also what you say.
yay finally u guys try mantis shrimp in spain we eat them a lot we called them "galeras" we have dishes we can make with it but I love it just as it is boiled cuz I love how sweet and juicy it is.
The most chinese girls are shy.. but they really friendly and try to help as much as possible.. i had so many chinese friends... all of them were lil bit shy but their heart is pure...

They welcome tourists but not immigrants (especially the northern people...), they think all people in GuangDong should be able to speak Cantonese (there're many dialects in GuangDong actually). I sometimes feel like I also have some of these "traits" as being a Cantonese...
