    This looks outrageous. By far the best focaccia recipe I’ve ever seen.
    It also looks very adaptable to other ingredients such as a anchovies with pieces of garlic dimpled in.
    And also with a tomato sauce spread over.

    First time ever baking focaccia, and it turned out beautifully. Perfectly crispy crust and a chewy texture on the inside. I used bread flour and instant dried yeast. 210 degrees C with the fan. Thank you for such an easy to follow, no-fail recipe. Much love from Dubai. ❤

    Tip: For the best results, I recommend baking one focaccia at a time on the bottom rack of the oven using the bottom heat(grill) setting only. 😉Bake for 18-25 minutes.

    Really enjoyed the video. It's a great start. I would suggest maybe zooming out a little more. It was hard to see what you were doing at some points. I enjoyed the slow motion on the dough rise and bake. I would recommend waiting until your bread is cool before cutting it as well. It can dry it out if you don't wait. The cat tax was appreciated as well. I really hope you keep uploading new content.

      Hello, I used only Active Dry Yeast all the time. I haven't tried instant yeast.

    Hi, 440 ml of water for 400 g of flour. I have the impression that there is too much water, no?
    wouldn't it be better with 350 ml of water ?
    what is the final difference between these 2 water levels ?

      Hello, The high hydration level gives the focaccia its distinctive light and airy texture. The final difference between the two water levels is the texture of the focaccia. Making food is always an experiment, and over the past month, we've tried many recipes. This one has received a perfect score from my friends and me, even though the dough can be a little sticky. I hope you will like it!

      Sorry, but you can't make good focaccia using pizza flour (I tried with 00 flour). I attempted to make focaccia using pizza flour, but the results were not satisfactory. The resulting focaccia will turn out flat and will not have the same taste or texture as a good focaccia. In my experience, using pizza flour for focaccia did not produce the desired flavor or texture at all.

    How long between kneading?

      Hello! For this focaccia dough, there's no need to knead. Instead, you can simply mix all the ingredients together using a spatula. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
