Now, see, Deer Valley homes are my all-time favorites, then Franklin Homes, but now this Hamilton has just knocked Franklin down to 3rd place for me. I absolutely love this home. The pantry, the U-till-ty room, the master bath, that kitchen, the outside of the home, even the staging of the furniture is just so amazing. I didn't even mind not seeing any drywall. Loved it. What a refreshing floor plan, they utilized the space with maximum thought process to all the needs imo. A few minor upgrades to walls, floor vents but other than that, Love it!!!

Hey Chance!! As usual, good video!! I agree with your comment about the Word of God being there on the kitchen island! Nice house too! That area directly in front of the front door, I'd put a coat closet there. No fireplace, so we'd have to see about putting a gas or wood one in somewhere in the living room. I like the kitchen, sink under the window, Not in the island, great! And I Love that Pantry!!! Utility room is big enough to put a freezer in from the looks of it, which is great! That one guest closet is really small compared to the other guest closet. Might just turn that guest room into my Music/Studio Room. The other guest bedroom into my Library/Office. We haven't had overnight visitors in over 20 years, so I don't think we'd start doing so anytime soon now either. I like the Master Bedroom Closet! That thing was biggggg! You're right, you probably could either put a bench with drawers, or an island, or something in the middle of it! I would of course, put a handicapped tub in place of tub shown. I can get a handicapped tub/shower combo, so we might do that and remove the existing shower and put something else there. But my husband might want to just keep the shower as is and I'd just have a handicapped tub. Decisions, decisions!!! I don't think putting in a handicapped tub would take as much room as the tub shown, so I'd extend the counter top on the sinks. So only two major things I'd change, I think! But several small things. You know, I like pocket doors for the closets. Wonder if I could get them? Except for the Master Bathroom! I liked those double doors for the closet, so I think I'd leave them! Again Chance, good video! Can't wait for the next one. I must admit that I do watch the houses from Nate and from Timothy as well. But you were the first one I started watching! So now I have at least one house to check out and dream about every night!!! Finally a house with floor plan that speaks to me. Not bad not bad I would just upgrade these bathrooms a little bit from these cheap showers to something better
Really like the floor plan on this one. Like how it took me a minute to realize you said it was double wide when I was looking in the kitchen area with the way it was designed it looked like a triple. Only thing I would like to have seen them do differently would be do the whole home the same as they did the master and living area and do away with the board and bat.
I feel the same way about board and batten. I do NOT like it and was very disappointed to see it in this home. I also wanted to look inside all cabinets to make sure they were not made of particle board. The 2 Hamilton I have seen both were well built using good quality wood and NO PARTICLE BOARD. I hope Chance can show us some that are well built like those.
@@BrittMFH You are probably right about the walls being optional. I just suggested this manufacturer to Chance and was hoping they would let him show the ones like I had seen. I guess they were full of these options.

❤ Love the layout of this one!!! I think the beadboard would look great in the dining room also...it wouldn't be as dark. I think I would have drywall throughout, wood shelving in closets and pantry and change the color of the flooring to the color of that wood above the shelving in the entryway. In the 2nd bath, I would probably see if I could have the "shub" exchanged for a tile shower. In the master bath, I would get a freestanding tub instead of the one they have now. Now to me, this is a farm house. That big pantry to hold all the food you can for the year. That separate laundry area with its own sink area for cleaning fish. Bathrooms big enough for one than one person at a time. A real area for dining area plus the counter area for after school snack and homework. A living room for more than three people. Large closets to hold more than one persons clothes or other things that need storing. You called this small but it is about the size of my grandparents home where they raised about 17 kids ( their own, some who lost their parents) over the years. It too had two big bedrooms and one small and everything else this home has. I LOVE this home.

I absolutely love this floorplan.!! The room behind the dining room surprised me!! I was expecting an office/laundry nook not the back entrance and that laundry room. WOW!!!
How is it set up different? Master bedroom at one end and other bedrooms and utility room at the other with kitchen/living room in the middle, just like every other floor plan this channel has shown for many months. How is it different? Oh it must be the divider wall in the open concept living area, huh. Not much of a change!
Absolutely LOVE the layout of this home! I think I would have preferred the exterior and interior colors as grey and white instead of brown and tan, but that’s all cosmetic and can easily be changed. Love the entrance and those shelves/wall area there. It’s the perfect location to display your children’s newest artwork and family photos! That pantry was a total surprise! Did NOT see that coming. I really like that they have water closets to keep the toilet separate and hidden in both of the bathrooms. No one really wants to open a bathroom door and have a toilet staring back at them lol. Wonderful job as always, Chance! Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us all next week!
Love the layout of this home and all the storage and it is something I thought I could live in but when I saw the floor vents and panel board walls I was out.
I had floor vents on the outside wall. It left the center of the room cold in winter and hot in the summer. Due to my experience, I will take the vents as shown in this video.

The pantry & laundry room really shocked me...I would have never dreamed they were so big. I loved the color scheme & the chair rails. The layout was different & I liked it.
Wow this layout is beautiful!!! They left no stone unturned. I really love the thoughtfulness of the layout. The linen closet in the bathroom. I almost didn’t like the kitchen, but when I saw the pantry it made up for the lack of cabinets. I ah e a lot of kitchen gadgets and need some place to store. They did their homework. This might be the best home ever!!!
If they have to put the HVAC vents in the floor wouldn't it make more sense to put them either up against the wall or maybe in the toe kick of the kitchen cabinets. I would think that would be a trip factor especially when it's right in the middle of where you're always going to be walking.
@@michellehodge723 I have heard that has one of their reasons. With the price of these homes these days I think maybe they could spend just a bit more to relocate the vents in a safer area. If I order one I would pay the extra to have them in the ceiling. Times may change but standards must remain. 😉😂

LOVE this layout-one of my favorites of all your tours. I would prefer that the vents be in the ceiling, not the floor. I would also prefer a pre-wired mount for a fan in the ceiling of each bedroom. Minor issues.
Floorplan at2:30 For a compact 3 bedroom, that has it all regarding layout. (Edit) Think at the entrances a bench and coat hooks would work great. Prefer more taupe/grey tones. Would prefer the laundry sink have a view outside and the heater/water heater in the corner for better layout, and use a fancy cover for the air intake if it has to face the living area.. Dining rooms seems a little dark, maybe a skylight or two? Even the smaller bedrooms have walk in closets. Love the split bathrooms. This has a great spot for a wood stove. Nice marriage line. Pantry dance at 5:40. --Glad you stretched. Going back to the floor plan doesn't demonetize you...

Awesome floor plan. Perfect kitchen. The pantry can have a 'pretend wall' to hide the 'rest of the groceries! I love that. -- Good tour as always.

For a compact 3 bedroom, that has it all regarding layout.
(Edit) Think at the entrances a bench and coat hooks would work great. Prefer more taupe/grey tones. Would prefer the laundry sink have a view outside and the heater/water heater in the corner for better layout, and use a fancy cover for the air intake if it has to face the living area.. Dining rooms seems a little dark, maybe a skylight or two? Even the smaller bedrooms have walk in closets. Love the split bathrooms. This has a great spot for a wood stove. Nice marriage line.

Love the layout. Really a surprise from the traditional look you find when you walk through the front door.
LOVE this one. I would only change the flooring to one that is not so busy looking. And no to the black appliances. Love the layout.
