I have been living a sedentary lifestyle post lockdown and I detected I have high LDL cholesterol so my doctor asked to start walking and in one month, my LDL came down drastically. I was also on a strict diet too, cutting down sugars, salty foods, fried food. I'm saying it's really effective. Waking up early morning is an habit now.

So, if we calculate calorie burned using the MET value, the calorie burned comes to be very less than what you have said here? I do 45min morning walk and then do 10-15min walks after lunch and dinner and 5-10min light walk on treadmill before and after gym workout. It all adds up to 10k+ steps at the end of the day.

@NARUTO u can have ur own plan bro...whatever worked for him might not work for u...i would suggest whatever u eat..just eat in slight(100-200) calorie deficit.... and rest caloric deficit u can create by walking...or u can eat in maintainance and create deficit by walking/cardio...
I used to lead a very sedentary lifestyle and since i am a foodie i would eat my favorite food all the time which led to a lot of health problems at the age of 19 only. It's been 2 months i have started working out, i do weight lifting but also i walk with my gf whenever we get time, we spend one hour walking, buying groceries, veggies, everything, and it has really helped in both of our fitness and also relationship.
Guys, one tip wear *Good Walking Shoes*, no need to go for expensive branded shoes just pick a shoe which you find comfortable. I made a mistake of not choosing good shoes which costed me to go through excruciating feet pain. So be conscious while selecting shoes. Comfort > Branding.
im 110 right now. from past two months i started walking about 12000-15000 steps, and now i cant explain how fruitful walking had been for me, im not going to any gym i just kept my eye on my diet and it just did wonders for me !!!!!!

I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 minutes workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. I am neet aspirant , so I consume my 4/6 time of day on single chair. I was gaining weight . So I decided to go for walk , but that didn’t last for 4 days So , I find a solution , I got a dog So that it have to compulsory to take walk twice a day
yes bro i am losing weight by only walking and calories deficit from 2000 steps daily to 15000+ average steps per day and i have lost around 15kg in 2.5 months from 110kg to 95kg and am still going strong to reach the 75kg mark
@@amarakula1372 i eat very less no specific diet but i start with my morning walk of 1hr 10 mins around 6km around 7500 steps then i drink green tea and my breakfast only two bread slices sandwich with 1 omelet or two roti with sabji then i do indore cycling around 30 minutes when i started i can only peddle for 3-4 minutes and get exhausted but now i can easily do cycling for 30 minutes and little bit exercises which i just added 2 days ago so in the afterthen i eat fruits for my lunch oranges apple or grapes whichever is available i have completely left rice (daal chawal) haven’t eaten daal chawal from 80 days and in the evening green tea or milk tea and little snacks and then i play 1hr badminton every day and then finally i eat my dinner (two roti sabzi and daal sometimes ) that it no fancy diet only home made its working pretty good for me till now and i haven’t miss my morning yet even in the rain (walking is the most important thing according to me )

Sid bhaiya.....m shaam k daily 2 ghnte apne fitness ko deta hu....10km walk and 150 pushups followed with crunches and other abdominal exercises.....kaafi frk pda h 3 mhine m lekin problem yhi aati h aap jo humesha bolte h ki saara game diet ka h....or ghr m diet follow nhi ho paati h.....upr se ghee dudh ghr ka h to mummy jbrdsti khila deti h😁
