    I truly appreciate your efforts to helping people around you to better their lives. It takes so much of thinking for solutions and it feels beautiful to see how much hardwork you put in each time.
    This expression is a messy space. Too much or too little the information exchange with other humans in times such as these is always a thing of more worry, than releasing the worry itself.
    I have therefore resorted to more hours of learning to sit quiet and it helped me better. Its like a game we play with ourselves, feel bad then express that feeling to the one I felt bad with, made to feel more bad, then spoke to another person, then didn't feel any good, then sat quiet and checked for an explanation why am I feeling what I am feeling and the answers are many .. engaging in unnecessary thoughts, watching emotions, news, movies that are beyond the tolerant capacity of my mind, trusting unnecessarily, giving too much importance to frivolous situations and so many more.
    Its crazy how the brain is wired.
    So sitting quiet with my eyes closed is my most useful 'go to' technique.
    It has helped so far very well. 😊

    Sleeping is the problem luke.... I have been waking up morning 4:30am (i do pooja for 10mins n some breathwork for 5 to 15mins) from past 8 months , standing in sunlight for 30-40 mins during sunrise , doing IF from 6 months(lost weight about 14gs, i was 76 now am 62) nowadays i dont even get headaches , no acidity too, sometimes i have bloating ... Thanks to all your videos..... But still deep sleep is still a problem....

      try breathe techniques and any calming meditation or read anything...try making your room dark and also temperature plays a huge role...
