I absolutely love my Keiser bike. It has a lever instead of a knob to adjust the tension, which I find easier. I had a Facebook Marketplace bike for years and last year my husband surprised me with the Keiser bike for Valentine's Day. Best gift ever!
I purchased a Schwinn IC4 a year ago at Christmas on sale for $600 on Amazon with an extended warranty. Currently selling for about $1000 I absolutely love this bike. It has magnetic resistance, spd cleat pedals and a console for your device but I Chrome-cast on a flatscreen TV, Extremely smooth and quiet.
You know...your advice is SUPERB! No one on the internet makes concise, trust-worthy recommendations on spin bikes like you!!! I bought a "Sunny Fitness" bike 3-yrs ago on Amazon for $500. Not bad...but my next bike will be based on your recommendation! Sometime later...I'd LOVE a short video on what you think of Peloton! A total, corrupt rip-off????? haha.
Hey there Kristen. So I have a Proform 500 SPX and I was wondering, since you did mention Proform as being one of the bikes of your choice, I don't seem to understand when you talk about being on a level seven (etc.) but having different speeds within that level. Are you talking about the resistance? And if so how do I adjust my resistance on a bike that doesn't automatically do so while using it?
Hi Marisa! Yes, the numbers I call out are perceived resistance levels. I use a subjective resistance scale. Check out the full breakdown here: th-cam.com/video/E6d_qDDRJsA/w-d-xo.html
I have demolished 3 second hand spinning bike. I had to get a better fitness bike and I found one who can read accurate watt. It is Body bike well know brand here in Denmark and one of the best brands on the market here in Denmark. Two years I have ride on it and definitely worth all the money. It is second hand bike. It is so durable
@@KirstenAllen your Omaha and Goat ride soon up for me. I had a flu last weekend so I had to do a recpvery ride today! Especially Omaha looks so terrifying
Do you have a spin bike recommendation of your own?! Comment reply! ❤
