- Hi Guys and welcome back to the Marobrothers
In todays tour we explored a Mobile Tiny Home made by the Spanish company KEU. It is a luxury Tiny Home with axes for wheels, meaning you can move it from A-B.
It has taken the team over 5 years to create their first prototype. It was a great adventure for the KEU team to create this Tiny Mobile Home, and an even bigger joy for us to film it.
Their Idea was to create an environmentally friendly movable home fixed with luxury elements. All the interior fittings, furniture, shelves etc are costume made to fit this home. As we are talking about 37m2 of usable space, everything had to be created smartly to save space, and to create space. Therefore the pod is fully compartmentalised, offering you a spacious and cozy living and sleeping area, and simultaneously giving you everything you need for a comfort living.

Very nice use of space. Perfect use of the pocket doors. Honestly the price is good considering what some mobile homes cost and there's much more diversity in where you can place it. Much more beautiful too. 😊

I lived on a 50' yacht for a few years and loved it. Owned 3 houses and don't want the upkeep anymore, so I would definitely consider this on a beautiful piece of secluded beachfront in Spain where I will retire to this year.
Some houses with 1.000m2 don't have a window in the bathroom, this one does.

Feels a bit packed but could be great for a vacation home. Plus if you add a pool passing below that glass floor it could look superb.

For 6 months I want to go traveling that would be a great thing for me and yes it would be on that side of the world so I am thinking about it I just would need a driver.
Also not sure about where you are if they are doing this but here in Canada they are going to do away of old age homes and have a mobile homes instead so you can take your mobile home and park it and the hospital will look after you. Thank you Patrick you made my week :) xoxo

In the US the major lure of tiny homes is if they’re 399sq ft or less they aren’t taxed so it is SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive and no annual tax bill.

Looks extremely well designed with a very modern colour scheme. As an x cabinet maker I really do appreciate the finer details! On the subject of tiny homes in general, what information can you supply regards planning permission? If for instance I purchased a plot of land which had a dilapidated farm house and I didn't want to live in it, could I simply buy one of your properties and plonk it on my land? Thanks for any info. this is big by Tokyo standards but would make the perfect European granny flat or rental unit installed hidden away at the back of your property but not good for people with claustrophobia or big families

@@TheMarobrothers : 🤔 Yes, but sleeping on a pull out mattress isn't comfortable. Plus that room seems dark and, with your clothes hanging out on one wall, probably not a good place to entertain guests.

Schöne Vorstellung es an eine Klippe zu stellen… die Umsetzung leider eher unrealistisch. Aber ein hübsches Ding!
Sehr schoen, aber wegen ein paar Dingen wuerde ich es mir nicht kaufen: Der Glasbalkon ist nicht zu oeffnen, geht gar nicht! Das Badezimmerfenster kann man nur kippen und der "Garten" ist nicht zugaenglich, da nur ein Fenster an der Wand ist und keine Tuer. Das Waschbecken hat nicht einmal eine Abstellflaeche fuer einen Zahnputzbecher. Das Fenster an der Kuechenzeile ist auch nicht zu oeffnen. Solche Dinge nerven einen ziemlich schnell, wenn man eingezogen ist.

Honestly, this is all the space I would ever need. But how is this going to drop the panties of the girls I bring home. I need at least 2-3,000 m2 to make up for my inadequacies. I'm an old man, I need all the help I can get. I also need a 6-7 car garage. Freakin' HATE pocket doors.
