I am obsessed with Rothys too! I have so many colors and they are about all I wear. Love them! And I would vote for a plans videos. I use them for inspiration, so the more the better as far as I am concerned.
I always have a Musselburgh on my needles because I will only knit them with self-striping yarn - the stripes motivate me and the end result is always adorable 😍
I'd love to see your knitting plans - it's great inspiration for the rest of us. I am also having knitting paralysis, just finishing a cumulus tee and keep looking at ravelry for my next project but change my mind every hour 🤣
I’d love to hear about your plans, especially if you match potential patterns with your yarn stash options. Very inspirational! I can really relate to wanting all of the knits on the needles now!
A tip for felting in either top or front load machine-add a pair of washable flip flops and and a pair of old jeans. I used to work at a knit shop when all the felted hats and bags were so popular and this worked well
Okay I am OBSESSED with you Marseille! It looks soooo good and comfy! I love the color combo too! I enjoy making the hipster hat, I've made 2 for each of my nephews, now I want to make myself one. It fits so well! Also yes to the planning video :)
I would love to see your knitting plans! I love to talk about my knitting plans - but I can only plan maybe a couple sweaters ahead. I don't like to lock myself into a bunch of different patterns. I like to say, "Hey, I want to concentrate on getting better at this, or that" and let that guide my pattern picks.. Slightly 😆. I also tend to get easily distracted and just do what I feel like 🙂. I love the slippers. When I made my Aunt a felted bag, we needed to use the sink and hot water. I imagine that the washer would have done it eventually, but I feel like the best (and quickest way) to felt something in the washer.. is to not want it to felt 🤣 Thank you for the podcast, I hope you have a wonderful couple of weeks!
I adore planning videos - I have to admit, I’m a make 9 person - but for me, it’s really a list of sweaters I have in my queue that I want to knit this year. And even then, it’s wildly subject to change!
Let's see your plans! You have beautiful yarn on your wall I am curious what potential sweaters are back there. I am planning on knitting primarily from stash this year and have some sweaters queued up and ready to go!
Felting items, it’s the agitation that felt the item not the temperature so much. Wash with Tena shoes or Jeans work good to even in a front load wash machine.
I’d like to see your plans. I’m knitting from stash this year. I went through my queue and assigned yarn to patterns I’d like to knit this year. I don’t do a Make Nine, I add a “finish by” date to my queue for December 2025 so I can still add to my queue but also see just a list of what I want to knit this year. I’m open to any and all ideas to work through 20+ years of stash!
Hey Chelsea! So my husband was gifted a 3D printer this past week. My very first request was that he figure out how to print me a CSM. I’m very excited to see yours and hear your experience with it once it arrives! Hopefully I’ll get to play with one soon (I have plans to make it knit all my fingering weight sleeves too….)
Would love to know your knitting plans. Love the red and pink combo! Ha! I was thinking how the green hat brought out the green in your eyes and then you said it yourself! I have lots of hats to knit up this month - yippee!
We would get along fine. I hate celery. It’s like chewing wet hair. I also don’t like steps. I fell up the steps 2 weeks ago and had to go for X-rays. Bruised my shin something terrible! Be safe!
I would like to hear what your knitting plans are. I am thinking of making a make 9 list but things always seem to change. I’m moving next month so that will take some knitting time away. I am trying to knit from stash. I hope you enjoy the snow. Just cold here.
Purl soho has some good video tutorials. I hate the tubular cast on and I hardly ever do it because it’s just too confusing to me. I like a alternating cable cast on if you’re doing one by one rib. I think that is a lot easier.
“Im not an octopus”
😂😂😂
😂 If only
Love knitting plan videos. They give me loads of ideas ❤
Yes please to your plans! I always get introduced to new patterns I want to knit when people make these videos ❤ your projects are lovely.
Thanks!

Good idea!
Your Marseille sweater looks SO good on you! ❤
Thank you!
Knitting plans, yes please ❤❤❤

I’d love a planning video. I have lots of assigned stash, but also lots of unassigned stash that I need ideas for.
Maybe I’ll see you at Flock!

Thanks for the Red Cross link. You reminded me that we can all do something to help each other....
I love your Marseille Sweater ❤.
Thanks!
I’d like to see your seasonal plans! ❤

Thanks for the tip!
hi i always enjoy watching you
Thanks!
Till from Purl Soho is really nice! I made the Sirena Sweater with it and yes, it is quite heavy but absolutely stunning!

I love knitting plan videos. Sometimes they provide inspiration for me.

Haha, things always felt when you don’t want them to.
I’d love a planning video. Alternatively, a segment on new or new to you patterns you’ve found.
I would love to see what your plans are!!!
Hi Chelsea, would love to see your knitting plans - I’m sure my Ravelry queue will be much longer then…😊

I would love if you did a knitting plans video!

Ooo how fun!
Oh, I love that quote!

Thank you! Enjoy all your hat knitting.
I hope your yarn does eventually show up.
Me too 😅

Oh no! If I have to go downstairs with other people I always make sure to walk in the front so I don’t trip and take them all out with me. 😂
lol I bought a walking pad for myself on my birthday because nothing says turning 41 like be a responsible adult 😆
Haha, mostly mine stays under my couch and just prevents my dogs ball from getting stuck under there. 😂

I know! I don’t know how people plan knits out for the whole year!
I want to make the hipster hat. Do you know of a good video for the tubular cast on. I am finding the cast on very challenging.

@@sundayknittingsociety7245 agree. What cast on did you do for the hipster? Its 2x2
Just a long tail cast on. Nothing fancy.
@@sundayknittingsociety7245 Okay thank you so much!
