Everyone is so focused on that lifegrip and trolling that they are overlooking the amount of potential and utility he has.. Idk a lifeweaver main could go so hard especially in high ranks and people who are smart with him
Yeah jokes aside I really don’t plan on trolling on this character. His kit has so much potential in the right hands.

I don't think it will be used to troll as much as people think. People are just scared because the potential is there. How often does your Mei wall you in spawn and grief your team? That hasn't happened to me in years. Plus it's reportable so it's going to be okay.
This is cool, aspen. I love this stuff. I was also experimenting with rollouts and widow sight lines with the pad. You can also lifegrip teammates over buildings with you, as I’m sure you realised. Maybe you could test some of that too. Could have an entire movie with weaver duo rollouts. Nice vid
Some are these spots are pretty niche~ but it's to show how useful these abilities can be! Not just to get in basic areas on highground

These are all perfect for my life weaver and moria to flank then complain about how the team hasn't followed up but despite 12 deaths they have the highest dps. I really liked the video and music choice too and to make sure it was actually on this video at one point and I didn't leave the sims or something open.
Some of these spots combine with a mai all are broken

People are going to have to up their point awareness after he releases. He'll just jump over all of the buildings and capture while the defending team is set up and tunnel visioning at the beginning chokepoint of Midtown or Eichenwald, not expecting such an early C9. It's also really powerful (potentially broken) that his elevator seems to have no cooldown time
it has a 12 second cooldown from the moment its placed - many of these videos are using the workshop to test using no cooldown as an option.

I guess it could enable new dive comps with tanks without mobility by flanking using the petal platform and then pulling him into the fight. Just an idea
That one in circuit royal is def getting removed. Because they made a big fuss about mei wall and sym tp being able to do that same thing.

I feel like he’ll work with a dive comp with players who have the mechanics to not over rely on supports for healing ( maybe he takes zen’s spot in a dive comp 🤷🏾♂️ )

can other characters get the extended boost from the flower or is that exclusive to life weaver? because if he can assist some other characters on some of these flanks he could be pretty interesting.

Yeah, anyone can do that but they just won't have the extra dash to help them out to go over some of the buildings unless they are playing a hero like Tracer or if the Lifeweaver player pulls them across.

i did this in a custom game, its on a 5 second CD but thats still pretty short imo
90% of the time you'd die against a coordinated team, in solo queue without comms it's impossible.

This looks really cool but it seems better suited to a dps hero. Like you're not going to use these rollouts just to throw a blossom at someone, and your dps aren't going to know how to use your rollout with you. Looks like an aim-heavy hero.

i think this video is great but i'd have liked to see more angles, like free view camera, to see how and where you place the pad. Pausing and playing the video over and over to see the right spot is kind of annoying.
Best rollout is to go back to spawn and use a better support. Or maybe he's gonna be more of a dps support.
