I love when Kaiser turns that guy into a smoldering crater. A regular death would have been too good for him.

I let my party die to immerse myself fully, Ryu fails to save his buddies and watches them get slaughtered, finally snaps.
Hearing and seeing your entire party get executed through a gallant effort and face a foe that can down an army with a single Jab, just adds clarity and effect!
Easy to save your, party but I love to role play on dramatic events.
Sometimes that happens cause that attack the boss does hits randomly multiple times. It's actually supposed to show you that you can't control Kaiser form since he'll randomly attack whatever he pleases. So there's the risk Kaiser will just one shot the other party members. LOL
@@MoleBradRy I love how far gone he is, it would make sense for them to do that too.
Kaiser is the kind of dragon form that licks all the chocolate off of a digestive biscuit, he just does what he wants...
incase somebody hasn't played the game, even at its age, will say no more of Kaiser :)

This is still one of the most haunting moments I've ever experienced in a game. Thanks so much for uploading.
This scene is really immersive for me as a child.
Seeing other children dead, I got so angry but felt helpless in the fight when I dealt only 0 damage with all that grinding.
My party got wiped out for me to only realized that Ryu is the last one standing and refused to die. Got shocked seeing the in-battle cutscene transformation. Got really shocked again that I was unable to select the in-game menu. I am quick to understand that this dragon is not something that I can control.
One of my favorite moments in the game

Darn .... why not just leave his name as Ryu ? When Nina shouted "Brad!" .... " Brad, stop!" it really cut all the epic mood .... I'll hate you for this XD

When the battle was finished, and the dragon attacked the asshole, the only thing that went through my head was: "Is the asshole dead?"...
So...Is the asshole dead? Good.
@EternityRyu Same here. And Ryu's face when he's about to blast Ursula straight to outer space is priceless. Would bring Iori Orochi to his knees.
I like Kaiser but hate that guy. I guess I should be thankful he was the first target.

This game is soo dark, Nina's sister fate for example. And i pretty sure that little kid before the boss fight was wiped out too.
I'm not sure of 1 and 2 but 3 is pretty dark as well when given thought.
It's never said out loud, but Ryu killed captain Rasso, his summon and all the villagers that were in the ruins. That why this scene has so much meaning, because Ryu it's incomplete and his emotions can trigger him. Only Nina can subdue him because of his in love for her. Even Ershin/Deis makes fun of that at the end of the game.
the bad ending for BoF2 still creeps me out. That pic with all the demons knowing they're eventually coming out and everyone is screwed anyway even though you technically beat the bad guy
Feel sorry for the soldiers. Ursula gave the orders to arrest but got ignored by Ryu and went to the soldiers instead.🤣🤣 She surviving this and being part of the core group is one hell of plot armor.
@thekatana09 Well apparently the story for Dragon Quarter is epic enough. I just can't find a copy.

What i didn't like about bof 4 is the end part of this scene. It indicates that Ryu isn't actually the dragons, at least isn't the kaiser dragon. Only transforms into the dragon hybrid which then summons the dragons for the breathe attacks.
I see it more like an avatar body for them. The big guy is there actual form. But the human sized is just so they can talk and keep there power in check. Like with the other dragons in the game you meet.

Summons it. He's essentially in avatar form for whatever dragon. So it's kind of both.
I think is too weak to normally summon kaiser, so when he summons it ... it takes over his personality slightly.

@BradRy2 Bof 5 is awesome , its my favorite out of bof's . The story has so much depth to it.
