Nice video you have here mate, revisited here the other day since the 90s, it’s a lot different, mainly the trains. The road has funnily gotten worse and the lights and all the fancy stuff has changed. The farmer at Beald Farm had a chat with me and said he actually was using his machinery which smashed one of the old halogen light bulb boards, so he had to phone up British Rail or whatever they’re called these days and they replaced them with the newer variant. I do like the location there.
Thank you very much! I certainly agree that this is a great location. So that's why they changed the lights to these modern LED variants here, because the farmer's machinery damaged one of the previous ones beyond repair?
@@SouthEastLevelCrossings I believe so, he said “I heard a bang, looked in my mirrors and saw the end sticking out and going through the light, I reversed back and saw it had completely smashed, I had to telephone on the yellow phone and told them what happened”

Believe it or not, this was all handheld filming, just with good video stabilisation 👌 I made an attempt to push the ATC sign back round to where it was, but it had jammed in place above the KCC sign haha.

Whilst I agree it's just not the same without the halogen lights, I still think it's a great place to film at.
