@funtimesaregoodtimes7787 Hiya Ian hope you're well sorry for late reply. Mix 2 eggs in a bowl. Whisk. Then put flour salt and pepper into another bowl. Dip chicken into the egg then into the flour it tastes lovely similar to KFC. Xx
