I've shot videos with my Insta360 ONE X2 for many Ski trips, ATV, white water Rafting, even car related video. Friends and family has always been impressed with the videos i get from my Insta360. Unfortunately, I can't use my ONE X2 anymore because i dropped it and the lens is all scratched up =[. Same thing happened to my original ONE X.

I’ve been watching all the X3 reviews before getting one, this one is by far my favorite since you’re showcasing travel with it, which is my intended use case. Bravo!

What I like to do with my x360 is export all the video pointing in different directions. It’s a lot of post processing work I know. But then in video editing I use the footage like a multicam shoot. I zoom in just enough so it doesn’t look like 360 shot.
I did that for my sister in laws bridal shower. just stuck it on the middle of the table and then made 6 separate clips and did a multicam in resolve. it's not even as much work as you might think. definitely try it!
I love Gene strolling up to Insta360 owners with older devices and being like "Hey look at this wink wink". That being said, that screen is huge compared to the X2.
Its not about 3 years ,Dji has the tech they done it in 2018 Problem is size and heat disapation it will over heat in minuts! There is reason why Go Pro dint do it.
Perfect logical sense, but insta360, are not know for their camera quality or lense quality, GoPro and Ricoh Theta win at that. What Insta 360 wins at is great mobile work flow, application and it's own Community app.
I've been rocking the GoPro Max for awhile now and I think I might finally make the switch. I also have the DJI Wireless Mics so that's also a plus to get that quality audio incorporated with the X3. Good stuff! 🤙🏻

What is laptop specifications required to edit in the software?, I used x2 but not able to edit footages as they out of sync with audio and Flickrs every 2 5o 3 seconds, used same laptop to edit samsung gear360 footages without any issues
I was supposed to buy the One x2 last month but my cats were hospitalized and I ended up not buying it. Good thing that I didn't buy it last month. It would have been a pain if I did and the X3 got launched after just one month of getting it.
Looks like a substantial improvement over v2. The biggest thing is that "low" sharpening is actually low. I'd like zero in-camera sharpening, but most of this footage hasn't been ruined by extreme over-sharpening (like so many small sensor cameras.)
my insta360 x3 is arriving in a couple of days. if i dont neccesary need multiple audio channels, how does the internal microphones compare to dji mic ?
I never understood why they will let you bring in a Joby tripod but not a stick At Disneyland. Made it hard to really do a Star Wars land side-by-side comparison Florida. Great video

The camera is great but hate that it only works with Airpods to use as wireless mics. Why not just make it compatible with any Bluetooth earbuds/headphones?
