    Had been searching for someone who was vlogging with insta360. here it goes. Thanks for this video!

    if you enable the Pre in settings, you can leave the camera on and it will "pre-record" a 30sec (or more) segment so that you don't miss any action

      I’m assuming the battery wouldn’t last too long in that mode

    Wow thanks for the review! I liked how you used footage from the camera to do this review and it was like a mini travel vlog at the same time. I was seriously considering buying this but wanted to see someone use it in real life as a vlog. Great video keep it up! Subscribed :)

    Best review I've seen. Glad you kept it real honest. I bought it recently and it just isn't practical for long vlogs as you mentioned especially with an old laptop. I will use it for fake drone footage and cycling but will have to stick to my phone for vlogging

    It took me a while and some research but just as a footnote You didn't have to paint your LED lights black there is a setting when you swipe down that looks kind of like a notification setting with ticks above it... So you can turn that light that flashes red every second while recording off or on.

    Great insight on the important parts about this camera, thank you!

    You can turn the led lights off in the settings, no need to paint them out.

      WOW Thank you for that! I had no idea. For anyone reading this comment, swipe down on the screen and click off the "indicator light" to turn off the LED lights.

    I just bought this camera as an upgrade from the X2 which has similar specs, so I was hesitant to think it would be worth switching. The X3 is way easier to switch modes and I really like the Q quick button where you can store your most used settings and switch between them quickly. The new Studio software that was just released makes the editing much faster and you can mix in videos from other sources as well. Another great feature is the voice commands so you can start and stop recording by just telling it to do so

    Great video ,thanks a lot ! From the video quality perspective, would you then choose the X4 as a long term camera , given its video quality improvement over X3 ?

    I prefer reviews from content creators than review from REVIEWERS. Thanks!!!! One review was slagging larger SD cards because the get corrupted. He pitched 64 GB or 128 GB and to avoid 1 TB. Have you seen any SD corruption?

    • @BlipThis
      @BlipThis  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I haven't experienced any corruption at all! Officially, this camera can support up to 1TB ( you can read it on Insta's website). Thanks for watching!!

      Its perhaps the brand and speed of the card. I tried 512gb no name brand and it didn’t work it lagged so much so returned them and got a sandisk extreme works like a charm 😊

    Cool ! Which are the best settings to make everything vertical in your video ? Currently poles, pillars, lampposts all look curved , this gives an unnatural look. Can it only be fixed in post processing? Thanks

    What if we use single lens for daily vlogs?
    Have you tried it? I think it would save editing time. And 360 shots for special scenes

    • @BlipThis
      @BlipThis  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I haven’t tried it because I want to use it for its 360 feature, I won’t need to worry about missing a moment. For single lens captures, I prefer to use my iPhone or camera because the video quality is a lot better.

      @@BlipThis do you have x3 video during night time or low light situation?

    • @BlipThis
      @BlipThis  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@walkwithyan yes it’s in the video where I was in a cave, but If you want to see how it performs in multi situations, check out my travel channel @unborders to see it in use! Most of my recent videos are shot on it

    How come we can see what looks like the stick or camera in your footage when it should be invisible? Was it because of the microphone?

    • @BlipThis
      @BlipThis  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes it was because of the microphone and the wire. It’s a common occurrence for me to have it show up within the stitch line. You have to have it line up on the side perfectly for it to be invisible, but it’s hard to do maintain in practice when you’re filming and you bump into things or shaking occurs.

  • @davidpoo66
    @davidpoo66 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Hi, how come i can see the selfie stick partially?😮

    • @BlipThis
      @BlipThis  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When a wireless microphone is attached to the side of the camera, the wire and receiver is hard completely hide within the stitch line
