Awesome video!👏 The food looked absolutely delicious. I love eating my dungeness crab by inverting the shell and putting rice in it to eat the mustard. Sometimes it is hit or miss as far as how much mustard is in the head, depending on when the crab was harvested, whether it is molting, etc. The lobster looked really delectable, fresh, and succulent looking. The whole video made me hungry, lol! The other dishes you shared looked absolutely amazing also. I gotta try this place. Sometimes price takes a backseat when ordering what you want, because it looks like this place delivers on quality, appearance, and tastiness of their food. Keep up the awesome work you are doing!👍

We ate there last December! They ran out of lobster so we had two giant crabs- cooked different ways- both so delicious! We had great service- very friendly people! Next time we’ll try the clams and shrimp! Or try dim sum!

This is a full-blown Cantonese restaurant. And wow the food looks great -- the black bean sauce is indeed an acquired taste, but I love it. Turbot definitely looks a bit like a halibut. Steamed fish is great too -- you have to care about the bones, but you get more for your fish when it's served whole like that.

I really enjoy the 2022 update on prices. Three or four dollar increases isn't bad. I paid $12 for a Big Mac combo the other day. That seemed pretty steep, even for post pandemic pricing.

If you have not tried Crab With Salted Egg Yolk, you must try it and let us know how you like it. It has no sauce the crab is coated in the duck egg yolk. Originally a Hakka style, but more and more Chinese restaurants that do live seafood make it now because once anyone tries it, it nearly always become the flavor choice. Also try Typhoon Style or Typhoon Shelter Crab - especially if you like garlic, It is a Hong Kong style. I believe both are fried in oil rather than wok-tossed although I've never asked.
I also enjoy eating Salt & Pepper Baked Crab, kind of like the Salt & Pepper Shrimp, but usually oven-baked instead of lightly-battered and fried in oil.

Is this deal available on any day and anytime of the day? And once you meet the $60 prerequisite, how many lobsters, crabs you can order? Or they just allow you to choose only one. Thx for a great vid. Foods look amazing.
This video was from May 2021. That's why there are some updates to the prices. I don't know if they have the deal anymore. You would have to contact the restaurant or try to find UPDATED reviews on the restaurant.

Yikes, a whole dungee crab is $37 in Las Vegas?! I can catch up to 12 here in Oregon and never thought they would go for so much elsewhere.

@@pytube777 Over $100 at the fancier places like Koi Palace and Hong Kong Flower Lounge. At those places, never order anything the waiter recommends without confirming size and price because they always recommend the most expensive items and then the kitchen also grabs the biggest and heaviest if you do not specify, Even if they weigh it in front of you, you can;t be sure they didn't swap it out for a smaller one after showing you the item on a scale.
I made the mistake of assuming that the fancy expensive places were honest, but learned the hard way after repeatedly getting taken advantage of like a 5lb lobster for $800 one time when there were only two us, and one time brought a tape measure to measure the top shell of the crab and the one I got served was smaller. I never went back to that particular restaurant when they insisted that crab shells shrink after cooking as if I was a moron. A hard shell CANNOT shrink. I did go back the next day, not to eat but just to show those people my Ph,D in Marine Biology and the schedule of fines by California Weights & Measures.
I'm easy going and very forgiving and have never in my life sent anything back into the kitchen, If it was too awful to eat, I would order something else and still pay for it. Not that fresh, crab too skinny inside the shell, under or overcooked, too heavily with the salt..................all those type of things I can overlook, forgive, order something else and still pay so the business does not take a loss on my meal. BUT outright swindling is a crime and there are some establishments are lucky that I am not the type that demands justice, organize boycott, write bad review, etc.
They also have the best roast duck I’ve had in Vegas… better than SK even. Have only had a little dimsum here but really good, small sample size

My wife got food poison from clams with black bean sauce couple months ago. Luckily I didn't eat any since I'm not a fan of clams. But they do have good dim sum there.
Always a risk when eating out, and clams can be pretty bad. It only takes 1 bad experience to turn you off from a place.
That’s the reason why I don’t eat clams or oysters. It’s a specific seafood that has a high level of bacteria if not prepared properly. Not worth it.
I never heard of Goby, but I heard and eaten Turbot.

i know the cook of dim sum. His name is "Fat" and he came from Kansas city to stay in Vegas. The dim sum is very authentic hong kong style.
