Hey i follow your channel so know you have good insight… how is the blue pad? Does it need a follow up or does it finish okay? Is the cut very high even on hard paint? I saw some people say the old non waffle ones were a bit crap. What do you think? I have tried yellow and white and they seem fine!
@@BelLavoroAutoSpa what is your prefered alternate? The yellow with a more aggresive compound? I’ll be using the lhr19 rupes rotary. Just trying to streamline my pad choice for the ‘heavy cut/defect’ removal part.
@ad_182_uk yes yellow with a stronger compound that has a good finishing ability. Carpro ultracut, 3d aca 500 just to name a few. 3d one and diy detail gold standard are good options as well. I tend to use diy with the yellow pad.

When were these originally released? Are they all different compositions from the DA counterparts? What are the wool options for rotary?

@ad_182_uk blue pad is on the stiffer side. Good cutting but gonna run into problems with holograms if you try to use it as a one step pad.

Ah..the old waffle design comes to trend again. Remember used these 3m 8" convoluted pad.
I bet you can use these on a DA machine just like other waffle pads are, too.
