Nice work. Motocross foot peg will look nice on your scrambler. Your right a single stop light using the existing threaded hole in your fender will look nice as well as small turn signals mounted on the flat squares.

Looking good, I think your plan for the rear fender is perfect.

Like the idea with the flush mounted turn signals on the frame with a small brake/tail on a pedestal bolted to the rear fender

Dude before using sandpaper on chrome try (I know this sounds dumb) some tin foil and water. Theirs some sort of reaction and it actually polishes and fills pits. I saw it on a resto show and have tried it on stock z650 bars.
    Great work love watching

Nice job with the fender! The new welder's mask looks awesome also, I like the paint I used it on my 71 Yamaha HT1 90. It's held up really good. I think the rims on your bike would look good with the chrome. It is a scrambler after all so I think just cleaning it up with steel wool would be fine. Great video 👍.

Picked up a Sentinal(that welding hood) a while back myself. It's absolutely amazing love it. I agree with your Field of View comment it is way better than the 60 dollar amazon one.

I used Rustoleum’s “Appliance Epoxy” for my frame and internal parts such as the “guts” (Battery box and electrical components.) It’s labeled as an “ultra hard enamel.” Its glossy, doesn’t require primer, and it honestly looks enough like a powder-coat that you could fool anyone that it is. PS, I clear-coated it and then coated with ceramic “wax,” but that’s additional.

Says "indoor use only' on the Appliance Epoxy can. How has the finish lasted for you?

    • @YTjndallas

@@heymanyouwell It’s hard as nails. It totally rocks. I will recommend it forever.

An old school round tail light would look great on that fender.

I think keeping the wheels and rear fender chrome will look good--help all of the other colors pop

I just had my Shorai battery catch on fire yesterday when I was on the freeway. The bike was a chopper build Id been working on for 2 years, had a bit over 1,000 miles on it and about 750 miles on the battery. This is my second Shorai battery, the first wouldnt keep a charge from day one which they exchanged quickly with the on that caught on fire..........

another great video, just a suggestion, your amazon affiliate links are US only, I recommend you set up an affiliate for each version of amazon (UK for instance) I know its a lot of work but when buying stuff you recommend you aren't getting commission from outside US.
