    Something that also helps is realizing that work is not your entire life and even if it abruptly ended, you would be okay.

    Something that helps is, remembering your work or school is only half your day, you can enjoy yourself after work as long as you don't dread yourself into thinking you have to go to school or go to work the next day.

    On Sundays I just keep checking what's the time and calculating how much more do I have till I have to go to bed, knowing that the next day is Monday and I have to go to the bad place that starts with a W...
