    Disconnect from technology for moments in a day and give your mind the chance to figure things out. Our phone is making our brains lazy..

    I’m 20 and already are starting to see symptoms, i think i gotta go get therapy since I have been isolating myself completely and lost all my friends ever since covid started and haven’t stopped, and I’m unemployed but have hope!

      Yes, that is true. A business customer of mine is suffering from mental decline and it really saddens me. His wife, who is not a nice person at all and must burden him incredibly, now needs him to be there because she is suffering from even worse mental decline. He is a nice very smart person, PHD and pleasant. To see this happen to a good person is incredibly painful even if you do not know them privately. It is scary really and I feel really bad when I see things like that happen. I see such things on certain documentaries too when all of a sudden at a point in their life a seemingly healthy person is diagnosed with a terrible disease that robs them of their mental capabilities.

    I do all the things above just the opposite I eat diet heavy in fat and sugar get almost zero social interaction and I sleep late and also eat before I sleep
