ousily one cupthuvramparu and half cup kadalai paru both one houre in the water after that grindsuprit andans kathavarangai cut small peceses and boiled and add little tamarice powder and boild we put vanali and pout some oil and red chill ,kadugu,chnadal ,payrungayam alto gather that graind that both parupoo in oil and fry nice and that kothavarangai add and fri nice and and nice parupu ousily very top nice and its manyviteamd and ommarasm that Fri ommam and first book thuvramparupu fully smashed and and one vanali put some ghee and omamam jeera and paperànd little thaniya some chilly fry and power them frost a other vanali parupusmashed and little tamric eatwer add and boled and fully boiled add little tamato also it's.very nice and add allimportantant ingreadians and fuull notboild it only half boild only full book means it sum kasapu so that we avoid full boil ennargi rasam
Recipe good. But use Panna pan not good for health. Non stick. This is my humble opinion

Non stick pan produces chemical reaction in that heat and toxins gets mixed with the food.

BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR LIPSTICK
My wife made this as per your recipe. Sorry to say. But did not taste good. Had a bad after taste.. This spice is something that you cannot make as a main ingredient for Rasam.
Omam is very strong. Should not use this much ! But use only half a tspoon...It's a very strong spice! I learnt by experience!
