SF1000 Wheel Fault - Thrustmaster Support, You Can Do Better Than This

- A short video highlighting an issue one of the members of my Facebook SF1000 Owners group has. A small button has failed on his shifter paddles, and he had a less than satisfactory support response from Thrustmaster.
He is even prepared to carry out the repair himself, if they will let him know where to get a hold of the button, or part number, however they do not seem to be prepared to do even that.
I'm aware that you only ever hear about negative support stories, and these can often be a lot less than the positive stories you never hear about, so I'd like to give Thrustmaster the benefit of the doubt here, and hope it was one employee on a bad day - I'm a Thrustmaster user myself.
If someone from Thrustmaster could reach out in the comments or contact me privately, lets try and get a resolution to this issue. Alternatively, someone may be able to advise where to order a replacement button.

This is the wheel I brought for Christmas for my new sim rig, works with f1 but nothing for acc…. But I’ve seen utube videos with it working. All I get is the logo flashing does the wheel work on acc for anybody else?
Are you on PC or console? I'm on PC and mine works fine for all sims that support it.

Acc works for me (PS5)
