    I was thinking of adding cottage cheese to my morning smoothie for protein. Maybe not the best idea?

    Wait … I’ve always been told that soy is a complete protein and has all the essential amino acids. Now, when did that change?!! Does it or doesn’t it? Geez, I wish everyone would get on the same page. It’s all very confusing at times.

      You're right, thanks for pointing that out! I added a correction into the video - soy protein powder does have all the amino acids technically, but methionine (an essential amino acid) can be very low, rendering it not a complete protein (or much less of one) when used practically.       @@DrZainMD Ah! Good to know. I’ve heard that lower methionine isn’t such a bad thing, but who knows? Thanks for the update. I’m probably one of a handful of people who genuinely love tofu!
