I like the bounce and rhythmic pattern in your voice. Easy to listen too, no slow monotonous with holding drag to manipulate the listener. Clear, direct and honest.

Great video. I’m glad you specifically addressed the PPI use as a cause for low magnesium, as that caused my very wide range of debilitating symptoms.

Great information! You might want to add that hormonal changes also can drain magnesium out of the system. When estrogen levels fall drastically so does the magnesium, leading to muscle rigidity, muscle spasms, neck and shoulder pain, inner ear ache or throbbing, numbness, jaw pain, overheating, inflamation and swelling especially around areas where previous trauma can be present( eg. slipped discs).

Very important to remember and stated at the end of the video, Calcium and Magnesium together are important because they directly affect each other in a 'yin and yang' fashion. Magnesium can never be discussed properly without also mentioning Calcium

That'd be true if you were mentioning that they also need Vitamin K2 and Vtamin A, just as importantly.

I did not expect 1-2 coffees and 1 beer a day to drop my potassium and magnezium levels to such an extent that i get aritmya and muscle spasms. After 10 days of supplements and cutting alcohol and coffee intake in half, i feel normal again. Good thing my heart is ok, i was mad worried. The more you know

I've had all my large intestine removed and approx half small bowel removed from surgery. I've been having weekly magnesium infusions for about 12 years. Magnesium is very important and people never seem to understand why. If I didn't have the infusions for 4 weeks or more I'd probably have a heart attack and die.
However I'm young looking foe my age and otherwise seem fit and healthy. I couldn't worked 30+ hours a week though.

Most MD's don't look at magnesium, there is no money in a magnesium supplement. Eat more greens and beans helps keep one's level optimal.

Magnesium helps me sleep. It also calms me down and helps with my memory. I take Magtein (magnesium L-Threonate). I have tried other types and they all work for calming, but Magtein definitely affects my memory more noticeably. It’s kind of amazing actually.

Have an open discussion about risks/harms and benefits using scientific data make an educated decision as to if it's worth taking the supplement or not. Some can help but others can be harmful

Thanks for the info, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria/angioedema was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!
