So, I see that nobody mentioned that he played with miles Kennedy and the conspirators in in Australia in 2012 and was incredible! I am 55 years old and I still turn it up loud as hell! And that concert was awesome! One hour and eight minutes into the concert slash shows everyone why he is slash and your not! 😋 He does an old Jimi Hendrix tune Red House, And if you have not seen it then stop whatever you're doing and go check that and the next two jams after that as well! I promise you that you will open a new love for this badass dude!😉

I understand this is about Slash, an awesome guitar player but that's not my point. Steven was part of his past and part of Guns and Roses when you talked about all the members of that band you did not bring him up or Matt Sorum for that matter.
He also formed the band "Slash's Snakepit" before Velvet Revolver. You should check out Slash's SnakePit he did some really great tunes with them. Serial Killer is one of Slash's best and underrated tunes.

I hate the term greatest guitarist, i know 50 odd studio guitarists who can all blow these guys out of the water, he is a great guy and showman, not a massive fan , but appreciate his playing. Guitar playing is a subjective thing, we all have our favourites, but he is definitely a good guy now, chilled out.
