Slash is a beast..he just shreds.I did not give him enough credit. Myles blows me away. Never heard him hit a bad note or be off key.They are great together.Scott was a genius in his own right. All of them bring something extra to the table.

@@LukaCuturic yea i know a little about it since i've seen them live in my city in august 2017:') should have said i'm happy slash is producing music without GN'R, since GN'R has became more of a celebration of the past (the not in this lifetime world tour was more of "oh do you remember the 80s and the 90s, it was great huh?") than anything else. And I don't complain, it's great to see Duff Axl and Slash play together again. It's juste not the same; it's more industrial than anything else. Simple fact: The not in this lifetime world tour has became the second highest grossing concert tour of all time (>500M$) (and i contributed lol). but look at slash with myles & the conspirators: more down to earth concerts, more intimate stage, association of a rock legend with more recent amazing talented musicians, all in the spirit of just making music. So, that's what i was talking about when i said "found his way out of GN'R"; now slash doesn't rely on them anymore; he can go with his own group and it'll be great

Hell tremonti has a solo, alter bridge, and possibly creed. Myles has this, alter bridge, and a solo gig. So why couldn't slash.
Luke Fitzpatrick these guys are just saying they want more. That 3 albums isn’t enough. On average a band puts out an album about every 2 years. Some bands take longer to release an album. The last alter bridge album was 2016, one coming this year. Alter bridge releases an album about every 3 years. Tremonti put out like 4 albums in like 6 years. These guys have been doing this for like 10 years and have released 3. There was a 4 year gap in between world on fire. Should have put out at least 2 albums in 4 years. But the reason they didn’t is because Myles wanted to do a solo album and slash is busy with Guns N’ Roses getting back together and writing a new Guns N’ Roses album
I still can remember that badass solo of slash on the music video of November Rain. That epic moment when he hits the solo outside the deserted church will forever be embedded on my head.
Watching Axl and Myles do this tune makes it brutally clear how unique Scott's voice and delivery was. Bc both A and M are incredible vocalists themselves...but you can hear what you're NOT getting in Scott's absence...

I've never heard Myles sing in a lower register like this. I like it. He did the song Justice. I love his voice. Very original. You know it's him singing as soon as he opens his mouth. Well done.
Am I the only one who's happy for Todd Kearns? I was a big fan of his band Age of Electric in the 90's here in Canada. Now he's slamming on the bass in a band with one of the greatest guitar players ever!
Age of Electric was my go to band in Vancouver bars at the time. I always felt Todd was destined for more. Being from Spokane feeling the same with Myles. Add in Brent and Slash no less and this is my supergroup.
Love Myles. His voice isn’t really all that distorted or “heavy” but his phrasing and pronunciation really get a lot of aggression into the words. Very interesting rock voice!
I love Slash he is so cool. He got me in to guitar as a kid. I built a homemade 18 string guitar which fits on my wheelchair, and my Misa Boogie Lone Star 2x12 Combo amp. I’ve dubbed my guitar “The Beast”... I’d love to jam with Slash just for fun at some point

Actually, the tailpiece is higher than normal to avoid him breaking strings. Also, even though they are paradigm strings, slash's tech has to change strings every 4-5 songs bc he sweats A LOT. We just saw Guns the other night. First time they showed Slash on the screen the crowd got extra loud and cheered. I turned to my son and said this guy is such a rock icon

Slash is in love with the guitar. He tunes everything out and makes it purr like a kitten.
Actually, the tailpiece is higher than normal to avoid him breaking strings. Also, even though they are paradigm strings, slash's tech has to change strings every 4-5 songs bc he sweats A LOT.
But yeah, have you ever seen slash break any guitar in purpose?
And mor then purr like a kitten, he makes it growl like frickin godzilla!
