You'll have to gently press down on the heatsink to hold the spring, while simultaneously loosening the screws at the same time. Don't unscrew one after the other, do one rotation at a time for all spring loaded screws and repeat.
To remove the heatsink, just unscrew as much as you can and then lift the heatsink off . The screws are not designed to come out and they are present to add mounting pressure on the cpu and gpu by the heatsink ..
3:02 It's not going to come off. The spring loaded screws are not designed to come off when unscrewed. They make a distinctive click sound while engaging and disengaging. Don't damage them. Always disconnect battery before touching internal items. The motherboard might get short circuited.

Spring-loaded screws are actually captive too, they WON'T come off. they will unthread completely which you can feel if you go slow and pay attention to the feedback given by the screwdriver. Hello, Mr. I have a question for you, and I'd be grateful if you could answer it. My touchpad was rattling. I first heated my computer by running some benchmark tests to reshape the plastic, then pressed. But i heard some cracks probanbly the plastic was heated(i hope)And voilà, it's fixed.
