I do rcts I can find canals even in upper 7 easily but what is the problem is I don't know when the pulp is removed or not and some times patient complans of pain in second sitting I even thought of doing course of endo because of this issue but I find you on you tube thank u

Dr , does the root canal sealer alters the taper?
Sometimes the sealers give resistance while inserting the gp, if we prepare the canal accurately also , the sealer becomes a problem!

My view ur problem solution is to change consistency of sealer. Else sealer is not much problematic
