T for...The Calf of Man!

My new adventure as an Assistant Warden (Manx Wildlife Trust) on the Calf of Man, a small islet off of the Isle of Man where I will be living and working until November! The observatory (old farmhouse) where we stay is a working bird observatory and as one of the four wardens, it is our responsibility to look after the estate and carry out important ornithological work.

Good work, I am a fan of IoM but saw this island from a distance. That drinking dragon is something that I need to take a photo one day!

Thanks! If you take the Calf of Man ferry with Steve, he takes you to the drinking dragon to get 'the shot' with Chicken Rock in the background!
