Happy with my 2024 shelter green. Great for my lifestyle. I have only 1000mi on it and it is great, very comfortable and has great tech. I off-road in my yard, so I did test it. Awesome
Probably not a popular Opinion but.. all I want to make this vehicle a perfect option.. Bring all the extra tech from a Tacoma Trailhunter (moonroof, cooled seats, bed camera, a camera under the vehicle, rear view mirror display/camera, auto dimming side mirrors, bed lighting for the outside, maybe an inflator too? & some very subtle ambient lighting, nothing too crazy like them Germans.) and you got yourself a Winner. It would be by far the best midsize truck. All other engines on the competitors are lacking.
Eve if the prices are similar with the 2024 model, Ford goes cheap, for the Fx4 package, the running boards are not standard, a $800 upgrade if you want them.
Thanks for the info and kudos for doing invoice pricing. That said, a little disappointed with the Ford offerings for ’25. They dropped the cool red from ‘24 and their whites and blacks are non-metallic. I have a Tuxedo Black metallic F-150 and love the color. Also disappointed that Ford still didn’t give us a sunroof or a drivers side A-Pillar grab handle while yet the overseas versions do. Let’s see what ‘26 brings 🤞
@@marioa2753 it would be nice if offered it as an option and not standard. This way, those that don’t want it don’t have to have it or pay extra for it (just like on the F-150 Raptor). Always had sunroofs in my cars. My current 2015 F-150 has the panoramic sunroof and I love it. Yes, you are right, definitely can have more problems down the road. I’ve been lucky 🤞
Any idea on 2024 production numbers for the Ranger Raptor? Just picked a 2024 oxford white for $2555 off msrp. Traded my tacoma in for it. I couldn't resist!
I am about to order 2025 Ranger Raptor but still not sure between two color options Carbonated gray metallic or the new Marsh gray. Tim, Do you know where I can see some video or in person this color on ( Bronco Raptor, Ranger Raptor) ? I am from Chicago. Maybe some car shows Chicago, Detroit in Michigan? Any info I will appreciate it:) Love your content always:)
Allocations are given out month by month. We received 2 allocations this month. for January production dates. We will probably get about 2-3 allocations a month for Ranger Raptor. Depending on when you ordered, you might get scheduled this month. We do have a Shelter Green 2024 that you can buy at invoice price if you are interested in that color.
@ I just placed the order the beginning of this month. Would you know about how long production on it would start? Can you tell me the msrp on that shelter green? I ordered the shadow black it was a simple build.
Desert Sand and Marsh Grey are new colors. Ford removed Hot Pepper Red and Iconic Silver colors. Velocity Blue is not new and there is not a rear step in the fender. That was a waste of 26 minutes.
@@longmcarthurford neither does the mid-size Chev & GMC. 🤷🏻♂. When I had my 2012 Raptor, I got in & thru some tight spaces by folding the mirrors in. Same for going into the garage. Why not talk to the Ford management not to put constrain on Ranger Raptor allocations? Ford should produce more Ranger Raptor according to the demand! Would that make sense?👍👍👍
@@longmcarthurford That is why Ford Ranger is still a laggard in sale because the Ranger Raptor which is the popular model is being constrain in production. My observation right now is that, many of us are so disappointed with that dealers mark-up and are looking for some option. Peace!
@virgfresco1403 It is not constrained. It is following their planned production capacity. It could have to do with the amount of motors they can produce or maybe even their supply of suspension. All manufacturers do the same. Make a performance version and keep the production low. Make for exclusive club. Having one means something.
@@longmcarthurford Making the production low and exclusive I think is a wrong marketing strategy. No wonder Ford is always behind in sales for a long time!🤣
The stop and go wording has been removed but it will be included. I think they are trying to revamp what they call the technology of stop and go, speed sign recognition. Many models like to call it predictive speed assist or something.
Only difference is color options. Saved you the time

Add vents for backseat passengers (in America) on that list but you nailed it!
