- Juice of Team Beastmode faces Ed "The Dark Knight" in a street workout calisthenics battle at the legendary Lincoln Terrace Park in Brooklyn, NY!
The battle consists of:
10 muscle ups
20 pull ups
30 burpees
40 dips
Whoever completes this routine first wins.

I'm confused on why they were so hard on ED when Juice's last 5-8 pull ups shouldn't have counted if they wanted to be so judgmental. and his last 10-12 burpees were worst than the ones that didn't count for Ed.

The standards are so different when their counting reps. The Dark knight had to have perfect form on nearly all of his reps while Juice had the crappiest form on the majority of his reps. Dark knight was held to a much higher standard

+BaristiWorkout I liked it, a little less exciting then the last episode in terms of exercise choice, but absolutely epic on the come back from Juice. Please, get rid of the burpees and add 50 bodyweight squats. Add front/back levers, typewriter pull ups and more diverse exercises. Weighted calisthenics, and get more famous people.

Frank Medrano and Hannibal for King are definitely close seconds. Stipke, Vadym Oleynik, Daniel Vadnal (FItnessFAQ's), Corey Hall, Lada Pridal, Andrea Larosa, N1K, Vladmir Sadkov, Eryc Ortiz, Daniels Laizans, Brendan Meyers, Sensei Barsparta, Vass the Super Saiyan, Kura, Zoran Pesterac.
In my opinion the camera work needs improvement, sometimes you were just seeing the athletes shirt, maybe to be able to see both athletes at the same time and not just seeing one and not see the other ones reps

That guy Juice had the shittiest reps ever but they still counted and The Dark Knight had nearly perfect reps but was called out for the smallest thing. I say it was rigged.

Shit was a high way robbery! The Juice guy had at least 8 garbage pullups at the end. They had the young dude do so many burpees which supposedly did not count, then they gave Juice all those half-assed burpees he did. This is complete garbage!!!

Juice kicked his feet on the last few dips and they counted it just like they gave him those pull ups
I don't know why they counted Juice's last pull up. His chin didn't make it over the bar (unless you are counting his forehead). Plus, half of his burpees were shit. He literally looked like he was trying to do calf raises with the 1 cm lift off from the ground. Judges let Juice off easy because Ed was killing it early. I do give him props for the dips though. Powered through them.

For real you guys were SO lenient on Juice. Man was flopping his form on over 50% of his movements yet you still counted down for him, whilst Ed was being forced to redo moves (check the burpees and the part where Ed had 7 dips left 3x in a row especially) where he already did them better than Juice.
