It's truly lovely, though I wish the windows did not look so "modern". Their metal frames were too much of an eyesore. Perhaps if they had had lattice to give the impression of small panes which would have suited this old cottage better. Just my opinion, of course.

This home is charming! I think there was a powder bath to the right as you came in the door? I wish it had a formal dining room for dinner parties but the kitchen dining was very nice. Also the outdoor garden! I loved that.

Gorgeous what can you say lucky to live in such a beautiful village. Why is the build in cupboard so small it facinate me very different to us our closets are normally a great thing, would love to visit the villages in Cornwall.

Lovely house, but bad fung shui in the bedroom where the bed is under the beam. If you turned it to face the window, it would improve the energy flow in there and you'd have that beautiful view every morning!
I've seen a lot of English houses on TV. This house is impressive. Even got the fridge in the kitchen. Lacks storage. More a 2 bdr/2.5 bath with 2nd flr strange. Good decor!

Hate to be a spoil sport but (I'm not in the UK)but how do you keep Wasps etc from nesting in thatched roofs? Is it a problem?
I had the same thought! Also rodents of all sizes!
Are thatched roofs a high fire risk ? and do they attract wasps nesting in them ?
THatched roofs are a fire risk,and birds nest in them,expensive insurance.
I would rather have tiles.

It would benefit from some colour on the walls .....
Everything is lovely, but where is the bathroom for the 3rd bedroom? They should have stollen 3 feet from the 2nd bedroom for the 3rd one. Too small, claustrophobic actually.

No not that much,I doubt if its worth a million pounds,more like £700.000 for location as well.
I love the exterior. But the interior looks cheap. You can tell this is a newly built house. It could have been more charming if the builder had used real stone and real wood flooring instead of cheap ceramic tile and carpeting.
