How do these sick sobs sell these cameras knowing they have a problem, I had two which did the same exact thing,costs me footage on two separate holidays,reason I got another one was because I figured I may have gotten water into the camera, but now after doing other research on forums and seeing this video I'm convinced it wasn't user error with either camera,I am well and truly disgusted. 😠 😡
I fixed mine by taking out battery and SD card and then plugged it in and it actually turned on then while still plugged in I put the SD card and battery in
I’m on my 4th x3 and onto my 5th x3 tomorrow. They’ve all had this problem. All bought at Best Buy. Tip: get the 2 year warranty so you can keep exchanging for a new one. Fingers crossed on the fifth working right

O problema está no conector de carga , USB-C, qual está com avaria ele causa um curto circuito que desliga a câmera por segurança, se se não mexer no conector USB-C para tirar o curto a câmera não volta a ligar

Dont know if this will help but I have One R and X2 and after latest firmware update (Feb 2023) both cameras started randomly stopping recording and turning off. I got both back working by doing a full exfat format of the sd cards on a pc and downgrading the firmware to the Dec 2022 version. All good again…..

I'm having the same issues where it randomly turns off :( were you able to resolve your issues? Also this is extremely thorough!! Nice job detailing everything
@@Abhishekv3 one thing that has helped me a ton is to turn off voice commands. Their AI is not that good so it would detect a lot of speech as "stop recording"

Jaz, what can we do with these defective cameras? Can you send a replacement and a postage paid address label for the return of the camera not working?
And Still ... Unfortunately around the world , i don't if is bug or virus , but someone are earning money with the camera owner, they want to seel the New one X3

I bought mine on Amazon. You get your warranty from them or from the insta360 team directly?
