Had the GO 2, and while the hardware was indeed great, what's not mentioned here is Insta's ATROCIOUS software! For example, the only way I could get footage off the 2 was through a wireless hotspot connection... even though it had a USB-C port. So about 30% of the time, clip downloads would fail. Even navigating everything was a mess as their UI is cluttered with random crap that you simply don't care for. If you can live with this, then go for it.
i dont use wireless hotspot to transfer files but thru the case via usb c, its a passthru and much faster and more reliable. if you look closely at the back of the go2, one those pins is data transfer.
Now when you mention Amazons *GPT44X* that clearly fits the niche and is worth more than ever? Their project is probably the best thing done in the 2000-years and it just began, so nothing to worry at all for longterm
The words they spam are invites to that sale, it's usually because they get some % if they spread their specific one, that's common. Most networks and exchanges have similar offers. Even if bots maybe post that it doesn't make it any worse, the release itself is legit and real. It's going to help us for sure

I would say audio is more than 50% of a video-watching experience. People will listen to videos while focusing on something else, but no one is out there watching a muted video for fun. Also I would get a lot more enjoyment from a video with crisp, clear audio but 144p video than I would get from one that is recorded in 8k and HDR10+ on a steadycam but has audio that was recorded in a wind tunnel.
You can easily replace audio, most videos you watch have the audio recorded with a standalone mic anyway. The argument with 144p video Vs 8k is just ridiculous
I think I liked the GO2 case better then this case. I wonder if the GO3 would fit in that case. I just checked and it does not. They went towards action camera territory. This case is a lot less protective and pocketable then with the GO2. I'd rather get a deal on a GO2 in my case.

I have a Go2 which I really like..and use a lot. The best thing is it’s size, even in the charging case..it’s so easy just to have in a pocket. The Go3 also looks great, but when in the charging case, it does look substantially bigger..which is a bit of a shame. the screen looks a nice idea though!
what make me sad is that inside the pod, the go3 has it's lens out and i'm scare to scratch it of get sweat when running or moisture.. i like that my lens on the go2 is always clean

Considering the video is one large ad spot for the product I get the need to only talk about the positives of the product but the section of the video on the two microphones really came off as disingenuous to me. Like the audio quality sounded pretty bad in the few seconds the video used the go 3's microphones. That audio would not be usable for any professional filming need. And while that isn't a deal breaker for people interested in a small and versatile camera, I feel it should have been discussed as an area for improvement in future versions. No product is perfect and not pointing out those flaws really just makes you seem like PR for the company
I love that they took all the good things on the DJI Action 2 and improved on it. I’ve always thought they dji should have put the lcd screen on the battery module & not try to sell it as an addon.
