Sending prayers for you. . I am 74 now and was caregiver for both my mother and father years back. I had children of my own - one a 2 year old type 1 diabetic - a 4 year old starting kindergarten and teenage daughter. My mother had full dementia after dad died. My own health was also suffering as a result of the stress. I didn’t get help from extended family. My dear husband was going to school and working a night job, and was helping as much as possible, as was my teenage daughter still in high school. Our immediate family dealt with it all. We were barely getting by as it was, so everywhere we turned there were issues, many ore than I will state here. It’s not easy, it’s a very big job. I pray you get the answers you need to help your loved one(s) but remember it’s okay and necessary for you to ask for help, and for answers. You deserve peace and help as well. God hears your cries and knows your needs., 🙏
Please pray for me. I am walking through the fire 🔥 right now. All of my life I have tried to live according to the truth that you are speaking in this video. I am an elderly, handicapped minister's wife. I can say without reservation that my husband and I have been faithful to our Lord to the very best of our ability.
I know that it is in our "test" that we often give our best "testimony" of our Lord's greatness, faithfulness and keeping to the watching world.

Dear Lea. thank you for this video. I needed to see your peaceful home with your dear family. I have recently lost my husband to cancer. I have come to peace with it that he is in a better place. My heart is in pain as I try to carry on with my home. It's just me and my 2 furry babies. My old one is not doing so good with health and she is missing my husband she used to be next to him on the sofa every day. I am grateful for all my blessings and take one day at a time.

Dearest Lea. Thank you for this video. I'm in my 60s and am just now realizing the negative confusing thoughts that come to mind. Like everyone else, I,ve had my butt kicked by life many a times and have become somewhat of a negative Nellie which created more negativity. Now, with the guidance of God, I catch myself, erase the thought and send a positive outcome. It has helped tremendously. Thank you for your kind words to all of us.

Last week in our Life Group lesson, I shared nearly the same thing concerning thoughts. I mentioned how we can wake up and be perfectly fine and happy. But at some point throughout our day, our thoughts come in, and before long, our entire countenance has changed into anxiety, fear, worry, etc, all due to our thoughts. God’s will is for us to think on what is pure, right, lovely, of a good report, etc. You are so right, Lea. This area is my biggest battle. As an only child, I grew up in a quiet household. So I thought. A lot. I learned to analyze and dwell in my thoughts. Thank you for being a second witness to me from the Lord! We are all overcomers! ❤️
Thank you Lea I love your videos. They give me so much inspiration!!! You are a breath of fresh air…. I think a lot of our negative thoughts also come from the devil. I recently listened to Irish priest (I’m not sure of his name but his channel is “called to more”) talk about the cuckoo bird how it will sneakily lay an egg in a robins nest. The Robin won’t question it assumes it’s its own and feeds it once it’s hatched. The cuckoo is very greedy and takes all the food from the robins biological chicks. He uses this as an allegory for the way the devil works with our negative thoughts, The devil will plant one small negative idea. We don’t think anything of it and assume it’s our own thought and it starts to spread and eventually consume all your other ideas. Something like that anyway….. just hearing this really opened my eyes!! A simple prayer to Jesus to please protect me from these types of thoughts, it takes work to notice but it’s so much easier with Jesus! Jesus has a plan for us for our welfare and not for our harm to give us a future with hope….. reminds us that those bad thoughts most likely are being planted by someone who doesn’t want what’s good for you
I was returning here from a whole bunch of videos about exposing what's going on in Hollywood, it is an evil puzzle I am seeing. From now on I will try to think of what is praiseworthy and good. And wise as a serpent but harmless as a dove.
We can suffer from a situation but if we seek Christ and his ways we will have peace.
you will need to spend time in nature to restore your equilibrium , we were not created for evil, but for good and being exposed to the reality of all this evil can destroy us if we don't see the beauty of our creator as a reminder.

I notice you keep your indoor lights low and muted, I also do this instinctively and always feel more relaxed when I do this. We have enough artificial lights, screens, stimulation overload in the modern world … it’s great to create a quiet peaceful life environment, wherever it’s in your control. And always bring peace with you, wherever you go. 🕊️
I've always been very over stimulated by artificial lights and they even make me feel sick sometimes. I like the light as natural as possible

Precious Lea you have no idea just how impactful this video is! I've been realizing as of late just how negative I think sometimes. Father has recently reminded me of Philippians 4:8 and that I need to train my thought habits better. I've reached an age and season in life that seems like life is only going to take away but through your building and guarding your life I'm seeing new possibilities. This is very difficult for me with three children, ones a baby, ones a disabled autistic 5 yo and my 7 old has severe adhd. Sadly I try so hard to keep calm but there are constant interruptions, someone took my stuff because the baby is still learning and my handicapped child can’t follow instructions. I appreciate this video

Lea thank you for another great video. This is probably nothing, and it could just have been the way the light was, but I noticed what looks like maybe a cyst on your adorable doggie. Not sure if he's Zion or Obie, I think Zion. When you were stroking him in the window at the beginning of the video. It looks to be about an inch in diameter and it is on his ribcage. About the level of where his "armpit" would be, about 6" or so back. Again, I don't want to scare you at all, but I know that I would want to know. Probably just a harmless cyst. Goodness, this is so hard! We have constant background noise today. I have had this issue myself. One night I was reading one of the little house books and I realized .. wow, they experienced so much silence and would be so overestimated today. The crazy thing is we feel anxious when there isn't noise now. Our brains have changed so much! I often will force myself to consciously turn it all off and let myself feel the discomfort on purpose. I'll do a certain amount of minutes and then increase the time each day. This helps. Also, choosing calming background noise that's less stimulating like soothing instrumental music

Reading the comments shows that there is much suffering amongst Christians, first we must sure we are right with God and not demanding like a spoilt child, I'm not thinking of the comments but a lady who attends our church who has the attitude of a spoilt petulant child, God owes us nothing! so if we are indeed right before God, immediately recognizing an evil thought as not our own, replacing it with an answer from the scripture does wonders, because there is tremendous power in the TRUTH which is in fact the very power of Christ in us, our minds have to go somewhere so the truth fills that void.
