This animation style makes it seem like its a kid's show and I don't mean that in a bad way, I just don't think watching the whole series in this style would complement the themes of the story, is all (Again, I don't mean any offense to the creator, just my take on the whole series thing) BUT It would be cool :)
@@ardishco but wouldn't it turn out kinda like Disney? Disney does kid's animations but there are some really dark easter eggs scattered throughout the films, and it makes it even darker because its supposed to be a kids movie.

Oh yeah, did I forget to mention better gameplay and QoL improvements as well as the voice acting being higher quality due to it NOT being compressed and being recorded in someone's basement? This isn't like MGS3 Delta where the OG voice acting there was good enough to be reused for that remake. I'll give you the fact that I think the performance itself for most of the OG MGS1 voice acting is better, but its background noise and compression hurt it in the long run, especially nowadays. And yeah, better visuals and audio are legitimate upsides to Twin Snakes whether or not you want to accept that. You disliking the music, cutscenes, and some of the dialogue changes ultimately are a subjective opinion, not an objective indicator of what you think is inferior, especially since MGS2-4 have similar cutscenes and music styles that you bash the remake for. Guess those are also inferior games to MGS1 according to your logic. I know with 100% certainty that if Twin Snakes was the OG game and not the PS1 version, you wouldn't be rehashing this garbage that all of us are tired of hearing, especially since in this day and age, MGS1 (while I personally love it and can always go back to it) is starting to show it's age, so much so that it's only getting harder nowadays to recommend it to everyone vs with Twin Snakes, it still holds up a lot better than the original 20 years later and is far more accessible as a game. All of the nonsensical points you fantards make against Twin Snakes are benign at worst and non-existent at best.
So with all of the valid points I just made, exactly how is Twin Snakes the overall inferior game? Because as someone who first played MGS1 back in 2000, even I can say that you OG fanboys are a plague on the entire MGS community, blinded by nostalgia and ignorance since none of you know any of the trash you're talking about.

If Otacon wasn't squeaky, this would be a beautifully smooth fan animation. But you added the squeaks and it's loveably goofy.

no, it was most likely just an attempt at making a literal living stereotype seem "cute", now to give credit where credit's due it is animated decently enough but the constant squeaking is way too distracting
