Basit bhai mera 19-sep-2010 ko apply hwa tha aur 2015 me approved hwa tha so ab ais waqt time ki surtehaal apky samnay ha 2007me wo log kam kr rehy hein meri 2010ha jb tk meray case ki bari aye gi kya mera bara bata age out ho sakta ha abi meray 3 batay hein baray wala coming feb me 10years ka pura ho ga 2nd one abi 6years ka ha aur 3rd one coming feb me 1year ka ho jay ga plzzzz guied me i will be very thx full to u bhai

According to CSPA rule my age is 20 years 6months 11 days am I eligible for the interview?
depends if your priority date is current and if you have already received an interview letter.
Aoa My CSPA Age is 20 years and 8 months but due to backlog interview expected in 1 year
is that 1 year added to my cspa age as well or not
or Age is freeze when priority date becomes current in chart A

W.salam, U.S embassy ISB maay blacklog kafi hai. Pre-covid 90 days after DQ ajata tha interview. ajj kal delay kafi hai

My dq is july 2020 and I have been waiting for almost two years, 2021 waly abhi chill kren, Don't even think of getting an interview letter for atleast a year and a half.

Bro mere pass I-130 ki approval date ni hai kiun kay hamay aj tak koi letters recieve ni hua. To kesay pata lag sakta approval date ka?
I-130 Approval notice issue hota ha to the Petitioner address. Check with your petitioner.
