Thanks alot, very informative and much needed content about USCIS. We applied for an I-130 petition in the F3 category (married child of a U.S. citizen) in August 2023. Considering the current processing times and backlog, how long do you think it might take for the entire process to be completed? I've seen some posts on Facebook mentioning estimates of 15-20 years due to the backlog reflected in the Visa Bulletin. Do you have any insights or advice on this?

Hi sir I received ir1 visa from U.S embassy I was traveling to United States from Pakistan though Qatar airways. I reached at Qatar and immigration officer didn’t let board in. He took my interview and later he said there is problem in my visa I need to go back to embassy and tell them about it. They will solve the issue. I’m concerned what’s the problem with my visa ? I’m contacting embassy through public inquiry form and haven’t revieved any response yet
Embassy will sort this out. Duplication of visa info, wrong info on the visa stickers, or further processing of the case can be few reasons (other families experience) . If you can message me on insta, i can share the US embassy ISB email that we used for our case. As you mentioned that the visa is already issued, they will reply to you asap.

Now after Five and half years, I have received email by USCIS that your petition has been accepted and your case has been moved to Electronic Immigration system.
