A o a sir we r 4 member f4 category after interview got ds5535 submit form then after 2 month 3 person got visa but 1 is in ready status mailed embassy her case update changed 2 time in a week but not issued how much time required

Consulate ask for financial document on 28 June in 221 g after 35 days they sent me mail that please provide us financial documents as soon as possible and after 3 day on 1 July I mail them all financial document and they sent me automated mail that ,This is an automated reply to confirm receipt of your email. how many days i expect to take decision on my documents!

I am mother of US citizen . 130 Approved for direct status change from USA. Interview place was filled for USA itself by us. But now I am out of USA . And 485 has to be filled . More over i have lost the passport with valid visa. Will it be ok to for another visa on new passport and enter usa for change of status. New visa will not be a problem at all?

Sir i got msg DQ completed but NVC mentioned need joint sponsor, at the interview time consular will decide, as my spouse already submitted receipts for our assets as gold which is kore then 15k $,.. as i here in Pakistan hv sufficient bank balance also so my Q is would that be work if i show them my sufficient bank statement coz I don’t want more delay also my DQ is march 23
