Great Tutorial. Next step is to create a "background image" using Midjourmey and then using compositing techniques to add an image you photographed, such as a person onto the background image. You are such an awesome instructor, you are my Number 1 Photoshop (with plugins) channel -- I try not to miss any episodes. Thanks Dave!!!

Great video! How are you able to be in a modjourbey room with just your images?
Great video thank you. However when I save my picture to downloads or desktop it saves it as a webp file and not a png like yours. How do I change this?

Would love to have a go at this but Discord suspended my account for violation of their terms, it was my second attempt at using midjourney when they did it. They won't explain why.
By the way -- barns look good in fields of colorful flowers. MidJourney sucks at particular types of plants, but by using a generic "colorful flowers" in the prompt, it does OK. You might also like a windmill in a field of tulips. This is particularly good if you use various impressionist painter styles. (Van Gogh, Renoir, Monet, etc.)
I am looking at adding TK8 to my workflow…..I am a portrait, senior, family and wedding photographer. Do you see it as useful for these kinds of photos? I see your videos are typically more landscape etc. Thank you!
It is definitely excellent for portrait photography or any type of photography.

As a long-time Topaz user, I have Gigapixel AI and Photo AI. Which do you recommend? I don't have Photoshop. I use Affinity.
I like them both. Gigapixel Ai gives you more options and I think it has better masking. Photo Ai does a great job too but is easier to use and Topaz are continuing to work on improving it’s masking capabilities. I guess the bottom line is, it’s a toss-up. You can’t go wrong with either option.
What about AI-Image larger?
More tutorials, since the tutorials offered by Midjourney nerds are really complicated and difficult to follow if you are not adept with computers. I would especially like to learn how to download my own images into a promo and have Midjourney work its magic.
Can you claim the image as your own creation?
I believe you can. You created it with your prompts and the image never comes out the same even if you did feed it the same prompts. I heard of a person who won an art competition with an image he created in Midjourney. Of course I don’t know all of the legalities concerning Computer Generated art.
@@thejoyofeditingwithdavekelly Midjourney founder, David Holz, openly admits to using hundreds of millions of images/artwork to train its AI without consent from photographers/artists. This is not you "creating" art with your artistic skills its computer generated AI based off of others stolen and copy righted images/artwork. Theft and copy right infringement is something we as creatives should not be endorsing by using such programs as Midjourney.
I think you mean "How to direct a machine to make a digital water color painting."
I do not like this program at all because you create NOTHING. I would rather have a photograph and turn THAT into a Watercolor or Oil Painting.
And what's the use on this programmes, pretending to be a painter? I prefer to make my own paintings with all my mistakes, cause to me painting is meditation
