How to Make Kheer (Indian Rice Pudding)

    Frustrated with the sub-par efforts being produced by students in his class, Dommer decided to do his own Cooking Video Project to show as an example what is acceptable for a decent grade.
    Following a script, using multiple shots, close-ups, title screens and good audio are minimum expectations. Final editing is most important.
    RECIPE:
    Step 1 -- Crock pot on HIGH and add 2 tablespoons of BUTTER
    Step 2 -- Wash 1/2 Cup of BASMATI RICE
    Step 3 -- Strain the rice and add to the crock pot
    Step 4 -- Fry rice with butter until slightly brown (about 30 minutes)
    Step 5 -- Add 1/2 gallon of MILK and stir
    Step 6 -- Add 1/2 teaspoon of CARDAMOM and stir
    Step 7 -- Reduce heat to LOW
    Step 8 -- Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours
    OPTION -- Add 1/3 cup of SLIVERED ALMONDS
    Step 9 -- It's done when the rice is cooked and the milk is relatively thick
    Step 10 -- Add a can of SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and stir well
    Step 11 -- Cook another 30 minutes or until pudding is light brown
