1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder and Garam Masala Powder
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 Bay Leaves
2 Dried Red Chilies
1/2 cup Mustard Oil
1 teaspoon Ghee (Clarified Butter)
