Great collection of recipes! I'm cooking a 7.5 lb pork shoulder, low and slow for some pulled pork barbecue today. It should be ready around dinner time. I prepped a batch of coleslaw yesterday. Tomorrow, I'll use some of the barbecue, along with some shredded chicken, to make a big pot of Brunswick Stew. Kindest regards to your sweet family!
